Natural beauty and and rich history are the most valuable of all attractions of Portugal. Once upon a time, Portugal was a huge colonial empire. Today it is rather quiet European province, famous only for port wine, madeira and quite good football teams. It is called the poorest country in Europe, but it's not quite true. Portugal is incredibly rich. It is rich with scenic natural landscapes, beautiful cities and famous people. Lisbon is a multi-level city, bright and color. Here ace-deuce houses nestle tightlt to each other, narrow cobbled paths both abruptly shoot up, then abruptly go down. Steep stairs and funicular leading to the comfortable sightseeing terrace, are met here and there. Real tropical jungles, castles of fantastic beauty, laced pavilions, luxury villas - all this can be found not far from Lisbon, in Sintra. Today it is crowded with tourists who want to enjoy several castles and palaces, so well located close to each other. Cape Roca literally crashes into the Atlantic. This is an incredibly beautiful place, causing a storm of emotions in any person. In part because here on this piece of land put forward in the boundless water space Europe ends. Porto, despite its great achievements, still remains the second city of Portugal. Ornate facades of massive city buildings, large squares, the magnificent bishop's palace in Baroque style, the huge cathedral-fortress and 75 meters high church Clerics tower – these are the main places of interest in Portugal.
